What I received was not what was advertised, half the bouquet was missing. Store refused to acknowledge.

The flowers, as always, were beautiful and lasted well. Unusually (and I've used this service many times before) the delivery was 2 days later than requested.. it didn't matter this time and was hopefully a one-off.
