Utterly amazing customer service along with beautiful flowers . I made an error on the address and this was quickly rectified and my bouquet was delivered. Cannot thank you enough

Ordered bouquet and balloon for my greandaughter for her 17th birthday as a wee extra surprise. Arrived day after her birthday although it said on email it would arrive on her birthday. When flowers and balloon arrived next day, some of the flowers were limp. I contacted company, but feel I got fobbed off. Very disappointed. Won't be using company again.

Flowers arrived they were really beautiful I'd sent them to a friend who was so pleased they arrived on time and I was kept informed of when they had arrived and they were a very good price I will definitely use them again

Order arrived didn't look at all what I was ordering , flowers were not full filled not much pink at all as you can see by the picture am showing , no pink ribbon or bow around the flowers disappointing for the price as flowers seen better days being honest! Wasn't impressed at the wrapping not bright an cheerful ar all for anyone's birthday , I ordered a large balloon is that a large balloon with happy birthday it just was big enough to go with the flowers. Replaced these went to local florist and they made up a beautiful bouquet and a large balloon and flowers with a huge pink bow 🎀 and glitter dazzling off the flowers I was fully satisfied to give my mum a decent bouquet 💐 on her special day . Even the gift card had a code under message I typed for the card message had the order code printed on the bottom of the message for my mum's birthday ! Disgraceful order recomend else were for flowers in future .

Was wary of ordering an internet based service as opposed to a shop however very pleased with the flowers, service, delivery (Royal Mail) and communication. Will use them again for sure. Thank you 👏
