I ordered this bouquet for my mother's birthday ,they said delivered on 30 th of may ,the flowers never arrived and the tracking also stopped on the 30 th of may ,I've emailed the company ,it's been over a week still no reply nor any refund ,very disappointing

I ordered 24 red roses for my partner. They turned up a day late. They were almost dead so I complained and they resent another bunch the next day and they were exactly the same. I asked my money back and they have told me that they are happy with what they have sent and they are not prepared to do anything else. This is the worst company I’ve ever used and I would never need them again and I recommend recommend no one else ever to use them.

I honestly would not rate this even 1 star.I had trouble from day 1.I ordered on the 25th to be delivered on 29th .Well the person didn’t get them.I was told I had no apartment no on but then Apartment 02 was on the flowers I was told a neighbour left them outside hall and never got them. Texted on numerous occasions to a reply we are busy etc and not helpful at all. The place can’t be reached by phone unless you want to spend all day and spend stupid money.Long story short never got the flowers and had to pay another florist,Worst experience ever
