Lovely Flora World

Recipient said the flowers were lovely. Unfortunately I had a failed delivery notice from Royal Mail on the Tuesday, when the Recipient was definitely in. I then had to contact my aunt to make sure she would be in the following day, so spoilt the surprise somewhat.

I’am not happy about the service, flowers should have been delivered the next day which was what I paid for not 2 days after. Spoke to customer care and not satisfied with out come. Will not be using this company again very disappointed with them

Gorgeous flowers

When i sorted the right address and postcode the flowers still got delivered to wrong address so i wasn't happy about that but the flowers are gorgeous i would definitely order again

I ordered this for my daughter and wow what a beautiful bouquet. She was so happy with it and the flowers were so vibrant in colour and pretty. Would definitely recommend Thankyou.

I was a little worried about these flowers as delivery was later than planned. The recipient said they were the best flowers she’d ever had by post and were still beautiful and fresh one week later, surprisingly as I’ve never know Gerberas to last very long without drooping! However, the image used to advertise looked much more impressive than flowers received.

I unfortunately was disappointed with this bunch of flowers( it was very sparse when it arrivedI made contact with the company and they rectified my problem by immediately sending out a replacement bouquet which arrived the next day . I had ordered 2 more bouquets at the same time and they were absolutely stunning .I recommend this company very good product and customer service
