Although my flowers got lost in transit with royal mail the company offered me a replacement bouquet but as they were for my mother's birthday the previous week and I've already bought her a new present ,the company are sending me a full refund and stayed in contact with me by email ,it's unfortunate this happend and I'm looking forward to purchasing flowers from them soon as they look wonderful and thank the company for there fast response ,kind regards to them

Absolutely nothing like photo flowers are dead white ones never opened now in bin

I ordered this bouquet for my mother's birthday ,they said delivered on 30 th of may ,the flowers never arrived and the tracking also stopped on the 30 th of may ,I've emailed the company ,it's been over a week still no reply nor any refund ,very disappointing
