I’ve used your company for quite a few years and have always been very happy but on this occasion it was different… I was sent a pic of the flowers as a thank you but I thought they looked quite wilted and poor quality, I was disappointed even though my friend seemed happy…

This bouquet was not at all like the picture. Fl8wers were basicalky purple. Very little greenery. Would not buy from them again. Very disappointed.

The yellow roses were purchased to celebrate our wedding anniversary but faded very quickly. A replacement bunch was sent out but most of the flowers drooped by the end of the day. Very disappointing!

The Embrace flowers bouquet was sent to my niece who was very pleased with them and said they were lovely.

My friend was really pleased and thought them beautiful.

When I saw what had been delivered, I was disappointed that althoughI’d a large, it looked much less and didn’t have the greenery as in the picture shown. I usually use M&S, but thought I’d try this company. - not impressed..

I was very disappointed with my flowers as they were fried up with no water. The petals were tuning brown at the edges They also arrived a day late
