I always send flowers from m and s this time I sent floraworld flowers to her she said they was nicer than the other flowers I sent she was delighted so thank you

I unfortunately was disappointed with this bunch of flowers( it was very sparse when it arrivedI made contact with the company and they rectified my problem by immediately sending out a replacement bouquet which arrived the next day . I had ordered 2 more bouquets at the same time and they were absolutely stunning .I recommend this company very good product and customer service

I had flowers delivered to a friend who spoke very highly of the presentation. Given that I ordered some for myself unfortunately they were substandard. However I have to say it was completely and very professionally dealt with.I had a new Flower delivery, it was indeed excellent. They are still going strong five days later. Perhaps better quality control might help.
