Orders placed Monday - Friday before 4:45pm can be sent same day for delivery next day, please allow 1-2 days for delivery, we do not deliver Sundays or Bank holidays. Orders placed after 4:45pm Friday and over the weekend will not be sent for delivery until Monday to arrive earliest Tuesday, (please allow an extra day for orders placed over a bank holiday weekend.) Our experience shows that over 98% of deliveries arrive the next working day. We do not deliver same day.

All orders are tracked, you will receive an email and a text message (if you have provided a mobile telephone number) once the delivery has been made.

We may deliver your order 1 working day early to ensure delivery for the occasion is made in time.
