Ordered a bouquet for a good friends birthday as I couldn't make it personally and had faith that this company would deliver next day as stated ...was a Wednesday for a Thursday surprise birthday gift and they didn't arrive till Friday at 17.30 ....flowers were tired and drooping and lasted till Sunday...needless to say my friend loved the thought but the gift was short lived and not what I wanted as she had been through a tough time ...when I complained I basically got a fob off that it wasn't down to them ...not acceptable and next time I'd rather drive the 135 miles to deliver myself
